text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Ingredientes&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- 2 1/2 tazas de azúcar granulada&lt;br /&gt;- 1/3 taza de miel&lt;br /&gt;- 1/3 taza de agua&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp;6 cucharadas sopera de agua&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp;2 cucharadas sopera de bicarbonato&lt;br /&gt;-&amp;nbsp;2 cucharadas sopera de escencia de vainilla&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;u&gt;Direcciones&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;a name='more'&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Calentamos la miel y el azúcar hasta que ambos se integren formando un almibar. Reservamos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Llevamos a fuego el azúcar , las cucharadas de azúcar y el almibar a fuego medio hasta lograr el punto "bolita dura" (Para chequear este punto con una cuchara vertemos un poco del caramelo en un vaso con agua fria, si el mismo se pone duro, esta listo).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Retiramos del fuego y agregarmos la escencia de vainilla.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Espolvoreamos con el polvo para hornear y mezclamos. CUIDADO, va a comenzar a espumar, el caramelo es MUY peligroso.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Volcamos con mucho cuidado la preparación sobre 1 molde con silpat o con papel manteca rociado con aceite vegetal. El tamaño del molde debe ser GRANDE, con paredes altas ya que por unos segundos va a seguir espumando. Yo use uno de 30cm x 40cm x 6cm.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;- Dejar enfriar completamente. text-align: left;"&gt;- Retirar el cabo de los portobelos y picarlos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;- Rehogar todo junto con un aji picante y cebolla en brunoise.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;- Dejar enfriar y mezclar junto al queso crema cheddar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"&gt;- Rellenar los portobellos con la mezcla y llevar a horno fuerte por 15 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both;
